Karl is a life-long Catholic who has followed a calling to work with teens in both church and vocation. Karl enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married to Amelia
for seven years with two children: Riley (3 years old) and Drew (15 months). During the day, you will find him at Douglas County High School where he teaches chorus and supervises
In-School suspension. Some evenings, he can be found at the University of West Georgia where he is pursuing a master’s in music education. Active in the archdiocese, Karl has
been a small group leader and now assistant director of CLI (Christian Leadership Institute). He is starting his third year at Holy Spirit and loves the parish, especially working
with the young people, the church of today.
